These Terms of Service govern your use of CloviAble, a web accessibility scanning and remediation-assistance platform operated by Vital Webmaster LLC ("CloviAble", "we", "us").

1. The service

CloviAble provides automated accessibility scanning (powered by axe-core), an optional accessibility helper widget, and reporting tools. CloviAble does not guarantee legal compliance with any specific standard or jurisdiction. Automated tooling detects a subset of accessibility issues; manual review remains your responsibility.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and API keys, and for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You may scan only websites you own or are authorized to test. You may not use CloviAble to disrupt, overload, or attack third-party systems.

4. Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed through our payment processor. Fees are described on our pricing page. Lifetime deals, where offered, are governed by their specific deal terms.

5. No warranty / limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding twelve months.
